I like the expression that says something with your name on it. This joke has our crew encounter an asteroid heading in the direction of their home world. They send crew down to check on it.

On the asteroid is a box with a clip board and shore enough, there is a list of encounters with their planet ticked as an impact... it has their name on it. The set was chicken wire and sawdust filled plaster.
